I usually book a free phone or Zoom call to chat first; this helps us establish what you think, feel and want to change or develop in your life. It equally helps you to decide if working with me feels right.

 

Sessions normally last 1 hour (with the first ‘exploration session’ often being a little longer – up to 90 minutes).

Depending on your individual needs and circumstances, we can book a session at a time or a series of sessions. Some clients have one clear question and one session is all they might feel they need. Others meet weekly, fortnightly or even every few months and enjoy the idea of a thinking journey which moves them towards their goals and keeps them accountable. You are free to decide what, how, where and when in order to think well for you.

 

Whatever shape your sessions take, think well aims to offer an opportunity to invest in you. I promise to hold space for you to think without the interruptions and trappings of daily life. I hope this will not only get you to find the best solutions, and achieve goals, but also increase your health, confidence, wellbeing and positivity.

 

Your sessions will be individualised and we will continually review what is going to be most useful for you in each coaching session.
