How often have you felt like you can’t hear yourself think?

How often are there just too many tabs open in your brain?

I know I have certainly felt this way. As a mum of 3 and a working GP in the NHS I still frequently do recognise this scenario!

I recognise how the constant interruptions and distractions of daily life can chip away at us; increasing frustration and moving us towards overwhelm pretty quickly. This is not just true for midlife and menopausal mums of teenagers or busy professionals, it’s the same for literally every human being!

I believe we can all already think well for ourselves, it is the interruptions of daily life that really hold us back from doing our best quality thinking. These interruptions prevent us staying on track with our own stuff for long enough to reach the solutions we want and need to find. More often than not we do already have the best solutions because only we have that specific situation to address.

My aim is to offer you some clear space and time, free of distraction and interruption. I will be approachable, empathic, and put you at ease. Using the space I hold, you can begin to think for longer about the questions you have, the challenges you face, the goals you really want to work towards achieving and the actions needed to get there.

I can help with making decisions, increasing confidence, reducing imposter feelings, navigating change, building relationships. Whilst many of my clients have been based in NHS careers as doctors, pharmacists, nurse practitioners, network leaders, these skills are highly transferrable. I can provide space for anyone to think well about whatever they need. As a coach it is not my job to have the answers, or offer the best strategies but I can support and facilitate you to reach them for yourself.
